The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was great, with a good variety of options available. The friendly staff went out of their way to help and the hotel was located in a convenient area close to attractions. We also appreciated the honesty and professionalism of the housekeeping staff.

We experienced a strong musty smell in our room, along with noticeable water damage and mold in the morning. despite requesting a connecting room ahead of time, we were not able to secure one, which presented a challenge for us as our children are still quite young.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sitthinard Grandview Hotel. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the mountain view from the balcony was breathtaking. The hotel also had a nice coffee shop on the ground floor, which was perfect for grabbing a quick cup of coffee in the morning. The multistory carpark was convenient for parking my car.

Although the hotel had many great qualities, there were a few minor drawbacks. The reception staff's English skills could have been better, which made communication a bit challenging for foreigners like myself.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The housekeeping team impressed me with their honesty and professionalism, as they returned my children's forgotten iPad that we left behind in the room. It was such a relief to see their happy faces when they got it back. The location of this place was perfect, as it was within walking distance of some amazing restaurants and a beautiful rooftop bar. The room itself was spacious and had a balcony for all the smoking guests. And the best part? I only paid 1000 baht for a night, which was a great deal considering the luxurious amenities and services provided.
